Qualified candidates will possess a Texas Real Estate License, some computer skills, and a desire to work with people. The company is also seeking agents that have strong interpersonal skills and some experience in dealing with consumers.

Dallas Property Specialists will be required to take both electronic and phone leads, e-mail listings to clients, be willing to accompany clients to properties, follow up with clients, and assist clients in their property search.

Ashley provides Dallas property specialists with all prospective clients and does not require agents to do any cold calling, prospecting or advertising. Ashley does not charge desk or advertising fees to their agents. Leads are generally higher end as most traffic is generated on-line. Currently, the company is offering a 50 percent commission split to its agents in the DFW area.
